How the FlexDeck System Works
The FlexDeck System starts with Decks that cover and protect your bed. Add Racks and Crossbars when you want more ways to carry bikes, tents, and cargo—without locking your truck into a single setup.
Decks: The Core of the FlexDeck System
Decks do two jobs at once: they create a solid upper surface you can load and walk on, and they protect what’s underneath with secure latching and edge sealing.

Decks Lock to Your Truck
Each Deck sits on dedicated mounting rails that bolt into your bed. When you close a Deck, it latches down into those rails so the Deck is anchored directly to the truck—not just clamped to sheet metal.
Decks Lock to Each Other
Deck-to-Deck connector brackets tie neighboring Decks together. Hand-tightened knobs pull the Decks into alignment so the upper surface behaves like one solid platform and the System shares the load across all installed Decks.
These connectors aren’t just convenient—they help the whole System feel rigid and planted when you’re loading, walking, or mounting gear above.
Secure Latching, Tailgate as Gatekeeper
The latches for each Deck are only accessible from inside the bed. That means your closed tailgate has to be opened before you can even reach a latch. No tailgate access, no Deck access.

That design makes the System highly theft-resistant in normal use. Someone can see you have storage under the Decks—but actually getting to it is a completely different story.
Edge Sealing & Drain Path
Every Deck uses a double layer of edge-sealing gaskets that compress between the Deck and the frame when closed. This helps block water at the perimeter while still leaving an open path inside the mounting channel so any moisture that does get in has somewhere to drain and dry instead of being trapped against your gear.
Racks & Crossbars: Building Up from the Decks
Once your Decks are in place, you can build the System up with Racks and Crossbars wherever you want elevation and extra carry capacity.
Make It Work For You
Round out your setup with tie-down anchors, MOLLE panels, straps, lighting, and power. Once the Cover and Rack are in place, these accessories let you lock in your bins, tools, camp gear, and daily essentials so your bed feels like a system—not a pile of loose stuff.
