1. Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the contiguous 48 United States.
We do not ship to:

Hawaii

U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico)

APO/FPO or international addresses

1.3 Shipping Costs
Free Shipping Threshold

Orders of $1,500 or more (before tax, after discounts) ship free within the contiguous 48 states.
Tiered Shipping (Based on Weight)

Orders under $1,500 are subject to tiered shipping rates based on total order weight.

Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
1.4 Delivery Times
Actual delivery times will depend on:

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, transit delays are outside our responsibility, but we’ll help you troubleshoot issues where we can.
2. Return Policy

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

Your return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns are “free” in the sense that we do not charge a restocking fee.

However, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges (for orders under $1,500) are non-refundable.
2.3 Return Eligibility

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition.

The item should be returned in its original packaging, including all hardware, accessories, and documentation.

We may refuse a return or charge a partial refund if items are:

Missing parts or hardware

Returned heavily used or excessively worn
2.4 Non-Returnable Items
Unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged, the following are generally not eligible for return:

Items that have been installed, modified, drilled, cut, or permanently altered

Items not purchased directly from flexdecksystem.com
