1. Overview
We want you to be confident in your purchase from FlexDeck System. If something isn’t right, we offer refunds on eligible items subject to the terms below.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through flexdecksystem.com and should be read together with our Shipping & Return Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

Your return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the date the order is marked delivered by the carrier.

Unused and uninstalled

Free of excessive wear, damage, or modification

Returned in resellable condition

In the original packaging, including all hardware, accessories, and documentation

You must provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
We reserve the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund if items are:

Returned damaged or heavily used

Missing parts, hardware, or accessories

Returned without adequate packaging and arrive damaged as a result
3. Non-Refundable Items
Unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged, the following are generally not eligible for a refund:

Items that have been installed, drilled, cut, modified, or permanently altered

Items damaged by incorrect handling, improper installation, or misuse

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Items not purchased directly from flexdecksystem.com

4. Return Shipping & Original Shipping Costs

We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

However, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Original shipping charges (for orders under $1,500 that did not qualify for free shipping) are non-refundable.
If your order originally shipped free because it met the $1,500+ free shipping threshold, we generally do not deduct outbound shipping costs from your refund unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Inspection & Approval

Completeness (all parts/accessories included)

After inspection, we will notify you by email whether your refund is:

Partially approved (with an explanation), or

If a return is denied, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense if you request it.
7. Refund Method & Timing

We will process the refund on our side within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

Your bank or payment provider (e.g., Stripe through your card issuer) may take additional business days to post the refund to your account.
Refunds will not include:
